Please help

Netflix won't load on my 3ds. It keeps popping up to try again, and no matter how many times I press it, it won't load. I turned off my 3ds then turned it back on, which didn't work. I turned off the internet, that didn't work. And I deleted Netflix off, then put it back on. Nothing worked. Please help!
