    This is late but you gotta get the person up to a light green flower and see their two friend events first. Next you have to see their love events. Also, if you want the reverse confession you gotta have their affection points up to +60.

    Okay for Wayne's Light Green Love Event you have to walk from North Tsuyukusa to North Westown around 20:00 to 5:00 and it has to be sunny weather in Westown. Hope that helps.
