I'm on blue rose (yay!) but... how do i get to dark blue rose? (I've walk from crossroads to South Westown on Sat. at 9:00 plenty off times but still nothing...) Please help?

    You have to already be at dark blue for the dark blue event to trigger (walking to south Westown at 9 on a Saturday) So, keep raising his friendship (give gifts, talk to him, win festivals, etc)
