    Well, I imagine Daryl's rich from that job of his. Though why he'd spend it on your farm when he was so against this, I'm not totally sure.

    The victory scenes after you finish Farming Tips #3 kinda explain this, but not in detail. Bottom line: It's probably a collaboration between Frank and Daryl that paid for this.
