OP moves for level one pokémon

I just bred a lapras, and it started with two very powerful moves, ice beam and hydro pump. How did this happen?

    If you breed two of the same pokemon that both know the same level up move, then the child will hatch knowing that level up move if it knows it. So if you bred two lapras together that know Ice Beam and Hydro Pump, then the child Lapras will hatch with those moves.

    I have a Lv. 1 Lapras with 2 One Hit KO Moves Fissure and Horn Drill as Egg Moves. :)
