GTSについて

GTSでよく相手が要求するポケモンの中にマナフィやダークライ、ゲノセクトのような幻のポケモンがいますが、そのPって特別なポケモンだから、交換に出せないと思うのですが、どうにかしたら出す方法があるのですか？ (文の意味が分からなかったら書いてください)
