Catching Emolga

I'm having a hard time catching Emolga. My pokedex tells me I can catch it near the tree, but all that I can find there is Primape.

I found Emolga on my first visit to Poni. There's a tree to the right of the entrance to the cave or flowers area, every time it shakes I get an Emolga. I have several if you want to link trade for something I need in my 'dex.
