    Just do what I did and make it look like you are having a severe panic attack. If you do it well enough, the teacher won't make you go.

    I used to like presenting, but now I absolutely hate making a fool of myself, and I feel like people will make fun of me. Last year, I managee to make myself lose my voice. I still had to go, but no one could hear a thing.
