    If I recall correctly, shiso is a year 2 summer crop, and thyme you can rarely find in Westown in the fall.

    Thyme is found on the ground by foraging but I didn't start finding any until Year 2. Shiso seeds can be bought in Tsuyukusa in Year 2. They're a summer crop. Not sure what rank Tsuyukusa needs to be at but I have shiso with Tsuyukusa at C rank.
