So after 4 years & 3 months, I finally broke down & bought an external storage device for my Wii U Deluxe!! Until LoZ: BOTW I was not buying enough digital games on it to take up enough space but the day 1 LoZ: BOTW update took up most of my remaining free storage space & I never had enough room to buy anything else or get the new DLC for BOTW! I picked up a 64 GB thumb/flash drive for $20!

  • ...if they are being covered/blocked or being used at a distance with a defective left Joy-Con, I know where you place the dock with the Switched docked as compared to your router location can affect the WiFi signal, I know about the technical specs of the Switch how it's using an ARM proccessor with 4 GB of system memory & using the NVIDI Tegra X1 graphic chipset & using the more power hungry..

    Yeahs0
  • Maxwell architecture instead of the more energy saving & cooler Pascal architecture, I know it comes standard with 32 GB of storage space expandable up to 2TB! Shall I REALLY go on? I know the Switch, I know the Wii U, I know the 3DS! As for systems I bought right away.. the Wii U & I enjoyed it out of the box with lots to do, I bought the DS & 3DS day one along with the XBOX One with lots to do!

  • @HeroOfTime - So just because you have a Switch means you know more about Switchs overheating or not moreso then I do? There have been documented cases of it happening.. I've seen 4 examples of it in one video alone from people all over.. not just in one location! Yes most get warm when in use for awhile, heck my 3DS even gets warm after awhile of use but SOME Switchs are overheating!

    Yeahs0
  • Yes, they might be in the minority but they ARE happening & the cases are increasing just like the cases are increasing of the dock scratching the Switchs screen which is only covered with thin plastic & not glass like iPads/iPods, Smartphones or even the 3DS! There are even dock covers now to prevent it from happening! Then there is the screen protectors & skins damaging the Switch's screen or..

    Yeahs0
  • ...surface because of them leaving adhesive behind if you take them off/have to change them not to mention possible bubbles forming if the screen protector is not put on right! People have gotten the Joy-Cons stuck on the system because they put the straps on wrong & attached the Joy-Cons.. some games like Master Blaster Zero & Snake Pass have extreme rumble in the Joy-Cons which isn't supposed..

    Yeahs0
  • ...to be like it & needs to be patched, LoZ:BOTW has higher load times especially for Shrines on the Switch then the Wii U version does & the description you did of the Gamepad describes the Switch exactly as well except the Switch isn't as big! I much prefer the all-in-one design of the Gamepad over the Switch.. the docking & undocking & attaching & removing Joy-Cons is only asking for trouble..

  • ...with the connections that Nintendo have been terribly known for since the NES! Right now the Switch is selling well to Nintendo diehards, fanboys & techheads & to families who want to get one for their children but it will NOT do as well as the Wii! The Wii brought in casual players of all ages & genders, a lot of which hardly played games before or much.. the Switch will not do this!

    Yeahs0
  • The Switch will hopefully do better then the Wii U but definately not as good as the Wii! Nintendo only expects to sell 4 million Switch's this year.. other places have placed it at 5 million & others place it at 8 million if Nintendo can keep up with stock & I know they will be making 16 million units this year.. and hoping to restock every week but that's not saying they will sell them all!

    Yeahs0
  • Oh yes.. other things with the Switch.. more colors for Miis & you can change the Mii pose for the picture, it still gives you some stats as to your most played game & for how long but no activity log & the first Smartphone app for it is the parental controls where parents can check on what games you are playing & for how long & set limits & restrict things on it & auto time out after so long etc.

    Yeahs0
  • The Switch is not a great leap in technology.. there has been 3-4 other products out there like it already, some with detachable controllers as well with the most popular of the previous handhelds being the NVIDIA Shield! The big thing about the Switch is that it is from Nintendo , a AAA game maker with Nintendo's famous IPs being played on it! That's the best thing it has going for it AGAIN..

    Yeahs0
  • ... not the third party stuff & oh yeah, where did I hear that before as being a problem.. oh yes.. the Wii U! As of December only 3% of 4500 developers at Game Developer Conference will be developing for the Switch, the lowest of any platform! Anyways I am glad you like your error free Switch with no apps or Internet Browser & a couple of dozen games! I am sticking with my still supported Wii U!

    Yeahs0
  • now, there is no way you actually think i am going to read that whole thing. could you sum it up in one comment please?

    Yeahs0
  • Yes I can.. the reason you can't read all that is the reason why I am sticking to my Wii U & have an XBOX One & why you have a Switch yet are still on your Wii U posting on Miiverse! If you can't read all that then you are just in denial about my knowledge & it just goes to show you never did very much research on the Internet about the Switch & you just bought it because of the "hype"!

    Yeahs0
  • Three other things about the Switch I supposedly don't know about because I don't have one.. I absolutely don't know about the infrared camera in the right Joy-Con that can sense depth, motion & simple outlines like rock, paper, scissors shapes & is currently in use mainly in 1-2 Switch in a submarine sandwhich eating game where you hold the right Joy-Con up to your mouth & pretend to chew thus..

    Yeahs0
  • ...making the mouth on the screen eat sub sandwhiches fast & try to eat the most! The Joy-Cons also have HD Rumble which is so sensitive in games in 1-2 Switch that you can feel as if marbles are rolling around in the Joy-Con or ice-cubes are being poured into a glass & so precise you can tell how many marbles & ice cubes there are just by feeling & moving the Joy-Cons!

    Yeahs0
  • Speaking of Joy-Cons.. that's another thing Nintendo left out.. a speaker in the controllers like the Wiimotes had! As well, I certainly don't know about the News feature in the System settings/OS where you can read news from Nintendo & developers "directly to you"! And because I don't have a Switch I also don't know about the Switch's Pro Controller costing $70US which has a 40 hour charge...

    Yeahs0
  • ...and a secret message beneath the right control stick of the Pro Controller that says THNX2ALLGAMERS! Nope, I certainly would never know that because YOU have the Switch & I don't! Listen, Miiverse is not ending anytime soon.. with every game on the 3DS & Wii U that is added, Miiverse is expanding, not being taken down! Another new game on Wii U this week!

    Yeahs0
  • The Wii U & 3DS multiplayer is not being taken down anytime soon.. new 3DS games being shown off at E3 in June. If things go horribly wrong for the 3DS & Wii U online then you might hear talk of them taking the services offline MAYBE in 2019 at the earliest! And while yes the Switch is selling good for now, because of stock problems it is slowing down & the Switch has hardware problems and..

    Yeahs0
  • ...doesn't have any apps currently or near enough games! Like I said, I can do more with my Wii U & 3DS then I would be able to currently with the Switch! Microsoft is releasing XBOX Scorpio in the fall & revealing it at E3 which will be 5+ times more powerful then the Switch.. let's see what system is more impressive after then!

    Yeahs0
  • BTW, I still resent you deleting my comments on your posts - it was obviously so none of your followers could see I was being more knowledgeable then you & was painting a different picture about the Switch, the Wii U & Miiverse then you were & like I said, you will never get the pleasure of deleting my comments from your posts again as I won't be commenting on your posts anymore!

    Yeahs0
