Looks like in the next ten days we should all know what SCORPIO is Microsoft are set to unveil a teaser for their new console the SCORPIO and it's said we will be seeing footage of FORZA 7 running on the system.. Excitement begins..

    -- be round £450 /£480 area , considering the spec but you never know as chips and electronics go down quite rapidly when new items appear on market. Seeing as SCORPIO releases end of year the price might surprise. SCORPIO will provide 4K native gaming with HDR and DOLBY ATMOS. But Microsoft stresses that non 4KTV owning customers need not worry as SCORPIO is built to accomodate 1080p owners -

    - as well , offering improved visuals and framerates. it's said that FORZA Horizon 3 runs like it does on a top notch high end PC with all the bells and whistles and that Scorpio is not even sweating while doing so (native 4K 60fps) Screen shots of a Forza demo ( in production) show some truly amazing detail , especially in how views in the distant are improved .     - concerning backward compatability on SCORPIO , but we have to wait for that.. SCORPIO has developed very well and is ahead of scheduale with a possible release six months from now. I reckon they could release OCTOBER .. E3 is where the icing will be revealed , the games , the look and it's ease of use and most importantly 'PRICE. SCORPIO IS WAITING IN THE WINGS.

    Dolby Atmos is the bees knees in cinema surround sound ' utilising 7 channels for a true cinema experiance. I'm quite into my surround sound , i have a true 5.1 system with Dolby and DTS i have had a few years now , but would like to upgrade my system one day..

    More specs will be revealed by Richard Leadbetter over the next few days as this was his first video he had done which ran at 15mins approx, he said he found out quite a bit and will be making another few videos to let us know.. It's actually quite a coo for Eurogamer/Digital Foundary as these meetings are normally reserved for devs only , but Microsoft contacted them directly .

    @Matty I think a lot of gamers bought Switch for Breath of the Wild , hence the second hand ones about , look at ebay for the many copies of BOTW for sale used on both Switch and WiiU. of note CEX are asking £66 for BOTW on either Switch or WiiU.. @PETE , i think the games will be revealed at E3 for Scorpio, of course there be games for XONE with Scorpio enhancements . --

    -- but i think the enhancements will be like the diffrence between playing on a mid range PC to playing on a uba mega PC . Stunning i reckon. plus VR will be good for the system, and look out for patches for enhancements for excisting XBOX ONE games. Sony don't have much to prove this E3 they have lots of games, but i reckon it's going to be a tough call between Nintendo and Microsoft , --

    --especially if SCORPIO is priced right.. imagine a scenario of XONE and PS4 at £199 this holiday season and PS4 Pro at £300 , and Scorpio at £399 . I think Nintendo would have a hard time with Switch at £279 if you could spend £100 more and have a uba consonle. of course both parties need to deliver games at E3 or both systems will stagnate. We know very little of Microsofts holiday games -

    - as for Nintendo Mario Oddessey and Fire Emblem Warriors wont be enough. Splatoon2 and MarioKart8D may fill the gaps mid year but Nintendo need more then two holiday games ..

    Switch will never get the big third party AAA games , especially the way many have huge updates from launch day. but if Nintendo keep the flow of games coming ( unlike WiiU) then Switch will get specific third party titles made for the system instead of down ports. Much like the Wii.

    Yeah atm, Nintendo seem to be relying on ports as well. Lego city and Mario kart for example, may cheat a lot of loyal nintendo fans who supported the wiiu thoroughly, although I know a few who will just buy another version for switch anyway. Even splatoon 2 doesn't seem to have huge differences from the 1st. I'm hoping by E3, some bigger 3rd parties will have pledged their support to Switch

    I'm hoping Sony will show more of last of us part 2, but even if MS Scorpio works better with VR than PS4, I probably wouldn't be able to afford it anyway and considering i've got the switch now, I would ideally like to have a vr system. :)
