Tkt c'est normal il faut le rencontrer un certain nombre de fois (Tu peux savoir ou il est dans sa fiche pokedex) et a un moment il s'arretera de lui même dans une grotte dont j'ai oublié le nom xD

Il vas aller dans une grotte (moi non plus je sait plus le nom MDR) qui est au nord de la région, elle se situe sur l'eau
