    Well, it doesn't look like the weather's being agreeable today. Normally you'd get a great view of the bay from here … "Eh, I don't mind getting wet.     What kind of hazards? Like … accidents? "Yeah, that's a good place to start. There's a really reason the dockyard needs a fireboat. There's nothing worse than a fire on a ship, even one that isn't made of wood. The tight quarters and airtight construction can easily make escape impossible. And if you're in middle of the ocean? There's nowhere to escape to anyway!" Yee, that's a horrifying thought.
