    You dont. Go up to him and speak to him, he will ask for a cup of soda. Go to the cafe and distract the chef by unpluging the plug behind the bookshelf, take the cup, and then fill it up with soda and give it to the boy.He will give you a ton of tokens so you can play games. Hope i helped!
