I love my 12-Tower world so much! Click on my screenshots to see more. Yes, that one tower is intentionally in a state of ruins, it's not a mistake. I want to see more survival worlds, not creative. Mine are survival.

I looked up and down their facebook page and didn't see any cancellation. In fact, on their webpage it now says May 2017.
