瞬間移動

ネット対戦のことで質問したいです。たまに、おかしいと思うことがおきます。相手の人が瞬間移動したり、落ちたのに一瞬で戻ってきたりします。あれはネットの通信に異常があるのか、改造やバグなのか、不思議に思います。なぜ相手が瞬間移動するのか、誰か知っていたらコメ宜しくお願いします。コメが集まらなければ、トピを閉めます。
