    I will answer both questions. You can find marble underground in the Fantasia world type, it's fairly common. Also, to get to Inferno, you must have selected Inferno as one of your world types when you started. You then craft a World Portal from 5 Mana and 6 Stone Bricks. Entering it and pressing up on the D-Pad pulls up a menu, if you have Inferno as one of your worlds, it should be an option.
