I'm here to master ESP and I'm making this a Bigley Hotel. I'm sorry, but under Bigley's Constitution: Amendment 58 it says, and I quote: "If anyone opens a Bigley Hotel after someone claimed the community, but never built a hotel, the hotel builder gains rule, but not claim, over the community"
