I finally figured out how to get slide speed from small hills using crouching, so after a few frustrating hours of trying to get good runs on this level after getting enough speed, I finally got 42. Thanks to KingBoo97 for the route!

Yeah, the pipe skip strat is really precise and really annoying. I only got in the pipe about 10% of times that I reached that part.
