1. Beat the elite 4 and champion 2. Meet Sycamore in the Lumiose Train Station 3. Take the train to Kiloude City 4. In Kiloude, go to the Battle Maison, talk to your rival, and participate in at least 1 Maison Battle. 5. Afterwards, find your rival in the top part of town and battle them 6. After that, you can go to Anistar to power up your mega ring.
