    More a personal thing, but pushing animals in and out of the large barns was a pain to do manually. Wait until your pet can do it to get more animals, or stick to the tinier barns until then.

    When in doubt as to what to upgrade... You'll need the hammer in order to get gems to upgrade everything, so that's a good tool to make efficient first.
