    Talk to Impa in Kakariko Village to activate the quest. There's this painter named Pikango (who you'll find at some stables) who gives you hints on how to get to the location in the photographs. When you find it, it's this glowing spot on the ground. Examine it and you'll get the memory back. Hope this helps!
