    Andross does have new attack moves, so your right:) Regarding his new look and tile breath attack, it is readily apparent that his design was based off of Snes and 64. It's Snes Andross with his modern look practically:)

    This here is a direct reference to Snes Andross, even doing a similar pose and grin. Even his emperors robe looks familiar, like his red shoulder pads or whatever their called.
