    You need to go to the Volcano (Fire Mountain) but first you need the Ballad Of Gales on your Windwaker, you need to defeat Cyclos which you find him in the tornado.Use the boomerang or bow to defeat him. Use the Ballad Of Gales to find the place right and down in the top right corner. You will get Fire & Ice arrows or you will need to try to defeat Ganondorf with the Master Sword.

    After that you need to go back to Fire Mountain and use the Ice Arrow at the top of the volcano. You will have four minutes to scale the mountain, go inside and defeat all the enemies. The timer will stop and A chest will appear. Open it to find the Power Bracelets. With them you can pick up the Headstones.
