    フレのよっちゃんさんです。プラベで偶然お会いできて、驚きました!シオノメで味方さんとして、チャージャー二人であつく戦えたのはいい思いでです。 夜は、少し具合がよくなかったので、お絵かきはお休みして、早めに寝ました。睡眠は大切ですよね。

    そうなんですか？ここさんのご年齢だと、昼間は太陽の光を浴びて、できたら適度に運動すること、眠る数時間前からイカやスマホを控えること、くらいでしょうか。よく眠れるといいですが、昼間眠気に耐えられるのでしたら、あまり気にしなくて大丈夫だと思いますよ（＾ν＾）
