    The reason why this happen with the Credit warp glitch, it his because, Mario his also invole into a different abritrary code during the very last step of the glitch, and depending, on when you hit the block that crash the game, that arbitrary code his different, and may still make the Address 0093 JSR:8F,E3= 20,E3,8F work, this his why even if you get the shell in the right X position...

    can you use restore points while doing this? because you can't when doing ACE in super mario world

    You can save state on World 7 map, you can even save state in-between ACE, but the problem with save stating in-between ACE, one of them could be incorrect, and that would equal a start over, The same Idea with the Super Mario World
