    The only problem with your comment reguarding readingba guide is that I have and I have never seen a Tingle statue in the 2 years I've had this game. So reading a guide doesn't solve the issue at hand.

    I'm in the process of picking them up now. You have to bomb key locations in the dungeons for the treasure chests to show up. I just grabbed my first one in the Forbidden Forest. It's pure dumb luck to come across them without a guide. *currently using a video guide*
