    After getting the bow, teleport to Mother and Child Island. Upon getting the Fire and Ice arrows, search for the volcano south of Dragon Roost Island and use Ice arrow. After getting the treasure there, go to Forest Haven. Find the ice island somewhere near it and use fire arrows. Within the ice structure, obtain the iron boots and carry on with your quest.
