    Somethings you should know about her: She hates Moondrop and blames her for everything that happens and MD doesn't want anything to do with Victoria. Her original name is Gir, named after GIR fro Invader Zim. I didn't know what to name her, so I called her that for half a year.

    Her name is a reference to her backstory. She was created by Stitch and Sky (two of my other ocs) as an experiment. They named her "Victoria" because they were Victorious in making her. She's legally blind. She had a 'good eye', but it was the one that was lost. The reason why her eye was replaced was 'cuz she was almost eaten by a Bulborb.

    She was banished from the Starverse. She tried to take over shortly after Zake became god, but they caught her and removed this demon that assisted her. She got a similar thing, but she could control it. After everyone found out, she was banished from entering the main universes. But she's still allowed in the Water Portals.     -a shock collar on her to prevent her from entering any important universes. It also serves as karma, because when a Yellow Pikmin or any electric elemental comes by, the shock collar starts lightly shocking her. The closer they get to her, the more the collar will shock her. The collar is optional though.
