There's a man in England who's totally obsessed with parrots. He wants to become a human parrot! He calls himself the "Parrott Man" He have his entire head altered with modifications and is inked and pierced! Even the eyes are inked red and blue respectively, got the tongue cut in two and removed the ears to have just two holes!! #lifegoals
