    So…Your birthday is in April too? Sweet! On the subject of birthdays and cakes, I don't mind cakes, but it really depends where you get it. I agree, I never used to like the frosting on cakes, but when I moved south, the way the frosting was made was better, and tasted "less fake". Overall though, I perfer brownies or stuff like that.

    @Orion, Thank you! Cake is really dependable. It's like pizza, depends where it comes from that makes it best. Cakes are best when it's fancy. Pizza is best when it's Switchinoes/Papa Johns/Reggie Hut. Pie is best when it's not those little duncan pies.

    It is no problem. My parents just takes my brothers and I to a restaurant, so my birthday always feels like a regular day...with food that may or may not be fancy. I don't really care though.

    I've never had anything big done for my birthday for many years now, but I'm totally ok with it. Some years my family might go somewhere, some years I might get a present, and others just a card. But it doesn't matter how it plays out, I don't expect anything, so it makes anything fun. However, considering my birthday is one day after my sister's, we usually just celebrate them both at once.
