Nintendo 2DS: We're getting rid of the clamshell design so your kids wont break it. Sure, it might not fit in your pocket, but hey, there's no fragile joint there. New Nintendo 2DS: "New" ergonomic, folding design. It's definitely new, and not something we removed and then added back in. Just think about how much easier it fits in your pocket now.

    Still a cheaper New 3DS, which I'm all for if it means getting to play Handheld multiplayer games with my Ex-2DS bestie again.
