    Inkay can evolve at level 30, but you will need to hold the 3DS upside down when it levels up (as fake as that sounds) for it to evolve. I just kept the 3DS upside down until the battle ends to make sure it'll evolve, since I'm not sure exactly how long you're meant to do it for.

    I'm afraid I'm not quite sure what you're asking, sorry ^^; I'd recommend searching on YouTube 'How to evolve Inkay', it's easier to understand it from watching I think :)
