I'm definitely going to buy the New 2DS XL. I wanted to thet the New 3DS XL, but it's very expensive. The 2DS is about half the price of the 3DS, and I never use the 3D setting. It makes me nauseous after like 2 minutes.

    $200 for a new 3ds xl isn't expensive. 3d is much more stable since it the camera tracks your eyes.

    I'm thinking about trading in my current 2DS to get a bit of credit towards the XL. I have a N3DSXL that I considered trading in but the 3D comes in handy for some games like ALBW. Otherwise, I never use the 3D. It gets sickening after a few minutes.

    I got an old 3DS XL, if a game ever comes out that I want that is 'New' 3DS exclusive, I'll get a 2DS XL. Hopefully, the price will be reasonable by then.

    LEX, you live in the US, yes? Games and consoles are more expensive outside the US. Add another 150-200 dollars and you have the estimated value of a New 3DS XL in the store here in Europe.
