    if you want the normal sail you get it at the store on wind fall (the one under the coffee house aka cafe) but with the normal sail the wind direction gets really annoying i would advise getting as much rupees as you can and go to windfall island at night or use the song of passing to make in night and go into the house with the red with gold patterns door, and attend some auctions till... 1/2

    ... the auctioneer trys to auction the swift sail off, the swift sail helps by changing the wind direction as you go, but be warned other people can try to buy it themselves and leave you in the dust, but along the way the auctioneer will try to auction off other stuff like a piece of heart or treasure chart 2/2
