Would you buy Devil's Third Remaster on NS?

I loved Devil's Third. It had great fundamental gameplay ideas that I really enjoyed.The slide mechanic, the quick change from third person to first person shooting,the running momentum,the mix of melee-unarmed combat with shooting.Also the multiplayer was a blast. Clan wars,siege with offence and defence. Custom bases which were unique for each player.

    Clans can only be attacked when the attacked team has a similar number online. (For example: Attackers:8 vs Defenders:5=OK) If a Clan hides (5 people on but no one defends) they loose 50 BP to the attackers. Some Co-Op modes like (Chimera Horde, Co-Op Missions and Defend the Fort from Cpus) A flight mode

    nintendo is totally lacking those type of games so its absolutely the right console for devils third. the press destroyed the game before it even got released. marketing for the game wasnt big aswell in the west. and marketing is at the moment the most important thing to make anything succesful. destiny and all those games wouldnt sell good in an ad free market\world. companies these days ...

    generate fake hypes via huge marketing. its hella expensive aswell. nintendo doesnt really like to go that route in general. they like to stay more serios and calm in public. remember the switch reveal for example? that EA guy didnt fit the presentation at all with his big numbers and his bossy arrogant attitude. and E3 is full of we have the biggest player base here and billions blah blah there

    Nice points you make here guys. That is something I would miss from miiverse. If we could add more coments with suggestions I will send this conversion link to Itagaki san so he can see that we have interest for this game. Plus the fixes are necessary, especially the health of the expensive buildings like castles had very low HP.

    a boss rush mode wouldve been cool aswell i think. and more melee executions for the single player. maybe more melee weapons aswell? more customization options for your MP character wouldnt hurt at all.

    If they changed the main character to a woman then yeah. Definitely. But right now, no. I don't like how Ivan looks. I don't want to play as him.

    @Darksenshi Ivan is the main character of the story mode. On the online mode you can create your own female character. Great armor for female players as well. Also there are some awesome female characters in the story mode of the game. Ivan is cool though if you play the game and get to know his story. I also do not like his over the top looks but if Ivan was real he would be my best buddy.

    If they do a good job with his character, then ok. From just looking at him he seems like he is way over the top dude-man-broski. But if there's more to him then I guess I can give it a try. Like with Metal Gear Solid Snake Eater. I love playing as Naked Snake because you actually feel like he's a real person.

    Same here, he is a cool dude. All are explained in the game but do not expect Metal Gear Solid narrative. He is the right man for this story.

    No doubt I would buy it. But Devils Third also failed on PC being free so consider any project concerning Devil's Third dead. No matter what platform you leave, whether your online mode has improved or if the story mode is good ... is already a stigmatized game.

    They should have tried to release Devil's Third Online for the Switch when it was released, a free online shooter with no online competition would probably have been it's best chance, with Mario Kart 8 Deluxe out and Splatoon 2 coming soon that possible online window has probably passed.

    I know the is little chance that Devil's Third would return. But this mechanics are unique. Itagaki should have let Nintendo handle the I.P so he could get more money to finish the game. Unreal Engine 4 would work for a remaster of the first game and make sequel rather cheap to create. No other game can scratch that Devil's Third itch.

    i want devils third 2 on the nintendo switch with a great online like the first had but not the long load times lol def need to sort them out ,if nintendo want me to pay for online i want a great mature online like devils third offered,i really would like this more then metroid 4

    Devil's Third Online would be great if Valhalla Studios decide to port the game on Switch. Devil's Third 2 on the other hand let's hope Yamagami and Nintendo decide to fund the sequel. Come on Nintendo, give us the best online third person shooter that exists today. Please...
