    You have to raise your chosen bachelor's friendship up to a red flower & have seen all of their heart/flower events. In order to date you need to raise them to a dark green flower & have seen their events as well. Dessie will come to tell you when you've unlocked the pendant for dating, and then the wedding ring, comb, or blue feather for whoever you want to marry.

    *You also need to upgrade your house to level 3 and buy the specific item to propose with. The pendant works with all the bachelors, but the wedding items vary by where your bachelor lives. You can buy them from the general stores.
