　全ての断片を倒し、何故こうなったかとフミの仮説では、ヤマトとミヤコという2つの同じデータ(元々ミヤコはヤマトの不在というエラーを解消すべくカノープスが創った存在。)が存在している状態。普通そんなことしたらデータが壊れるか、上書きされるか、消滅するか、(言わば2人とも消えるか一方が消えるか)だが2人共存在し続けているそんなイレギュラーな状態はカノープスの理解を越え、その為異常をきたしたのではないかと。

ダメージが通る方法を見つけたとはいえ、カノープスには全てを無効化するファクターがありました。しかし響希ファクターを奪えばいいと、ヤマトはニカイアの[スキルクラック機能]を応用すればできるのでないかと。
