    僕が8さいのときに新潟県の六日町のホテルに泊まった。怪奇現象が起こったのは夕食のときからだった。僕の家庭は3人家族だったのだが、ウェイターが4人分の食事を用意したのだ。その時は間違いだと思っていた。次の日の朝だった。父が部屋の布団を片付けていたらドアがかってにしまったのだ。それだけではない。僕が朝風呂に入っていたら風呂のドアの向こうに女の子が覗いていた。多分僕はお母さんと風呂に入っていたので見に来てしまったのかもしれない。だがその日このホテルに泊まっていたのは自分たちしかいなかったのである。という実話です。
