    use the winds requiem. to do this you go up left and then right in that order.

    use the wind waker and play the wind song by using the right analog stick and pull it up, left, then right. that will give you the option to change the direction of the wind from North, Northeast, East, Southeast, South, Southwest, West, and Northwest.
