    On the second room the exit his high in the sky above a D-Pad symbol, you need to fly, leaf, P Wing , Tanoki suit. And if you don'thave any of does, there his a tanoki suit in that castle. If you need more hint just reply.

    @DeMarion If one Time you reach there, and you don't have leaf, P wing, Tanokisuit, there his a p-switch in the first Room, that makes a door apear on the floating plantform, enter that door to go to the 3rd room an the first pipe you see go in, and the Giant ? Mark Block have a tanoki suit, the horizontal pipe on the 3rd room leads to the 4th room, and if your small mario, you have to go get...

    ... the mushroom first in the 4th room, and you can access the 4th room from the 2nd room, and then return to the first room for the p-switch to go to the 3rd room.
