Favorite PMD games 2

I'm reopening Ditto's/my discussion on my alt, Mew. Basically this is just a PMD general discussion, but here's a few questions you can answer. What are your favorite PMD games? And if you've played them all, what order would you put them in from best to worst, and why?

    Explorers > Super > Rescue Team > Gates to Infinity Explorers is amazing. Beautiful touching, best in the series cried at the end. And once the credits roll, turns out you're only halfway done. Sky also added special episodes which 2 and 5 especially were incredible and touching as well. The next two I'm pretty close on, but I put Super in front simply because when the plot kicks up, it gets

    amazing. Also for it having a considerable amount of post game content. Super's biggest weakness was that the early game was honestly terrible. Rescue Team was much more consistent, however instead of the ending being my favorite part, I feel like it reached its peak with the fugitive portion. Had some great story telling but the game itself does feel dated. As for Gates... Well, to start

    with what it did right. I liked the move level up system, and companion mode. And the cast was pretty decent. For complaints, well a couple of plot points feel ripped from Explorers, but the main thing is the lack of content. I seem to recall there being less than 200 Pokémon available which is the lowest yet. They completely did away with friend rescues which were kind of a big point of the

    series. I think like only 4 dungeons open up at the end of the game, which reminds me that it's also very easy as it's been the only Mystery Dungeon where I could beat the ultimate dungeon in. These really make the game feel almost unfinished or rushed. Never played Adventure Squad but from what I hear, I'm not missing out.

    Super› Explorers› Gates to Infinity› Blue Rescue Team Super and Explorers had great stories, Gates had great characters, but Rescue Team was... a bit bland... but Gates wasn't THAT bad! Hope has always been a major theme in the PMD games, but when it's a plot point it suddenly is cheesy?

    I have the same exact order as you as of now. So Super > Explorers > Gates > Rescue team Super had the best gameplay & partner for sure in my opinion. & the story was also great. I'm still finishing Explorers, but it has a great story. It might even top Super's for me, but I'm not sure yet.

    & I agree, Gates wasn't bad. It was just pretty short since the aftergame didn't have much to offer and it had a few problems. But I'd argue that it had the saddest ending. Rescue team is my least favorite because it was so short story-wise and like Rebecca said, it kind of reached its peak early on. The ending is kind of bland, especially if you played any of the other pmds first.

    Have only played First and Last game, and first was a HUGE difference. Rescue team Partner: Hey, quick question, wanna form a rescue team with me, even tough i just met you, and you say you are a human ,even tough they doesn't exist! Super Partner: Can we be a rescue team you, the only person who actually believes in my dream and rescued many people and has been my best friend for a long time now.
