    when you go on the stairs there is a guy he tells you to talk to that guy in the massive jacket, talk to him and he will ask you if u could free a fairy

    after that there on the cliff there is a guy dancing, look back and there will be a door go in it and in that door there are pots break them and there will be a switch! So jump on it and free the fairy then go to the guy that has the massive jacket talk to him and he will sell you a sail for 200 but makes a discount for 80 buy it and there you go!!!!
