これってどう思いますか?

昨日僕が青鬼を作っていたら音荒らしが来ました。ですが、ゲームパットの音量を下げれば良かったので何とか対処しました。ちょい追放するのは可哀想かと思い、青鬼のアスレをやらせてあげました(誰だよsの)そしたらリスポ地変えてといってきました。ですが、元々はリスポ地を変えない設定だったので、変えませんでした。そしたら急にBANすると言われました。これってどっちが悪いか皆さんはどう思いますか?あとNintendoがこんな小さなことでBANすると思いますか? 邪魔なら通報してもいいので、皆さんの意見を聞きたいです。 ご協力お願いします。 長文失礼しました
