    This one looks really nice! The only thing I can say about it though are the arms are a bit too stubby, don't worry though easy fix and to help you out in the future just put your arms to your side irl and see how long they go (commonly past the waist at least). Also there is typically hair behind the ear and behind the head... unless you're bald everywhere but the top of your head I guess.
