SO MAD i sent my switch to get fixed and its not fixed. and on top of that you know the thing that covers the game when its in the switch well now its broke

Congratulations you played yourself. But seriously you could by a new battery theres tutorials for that. on how to put in new battery and if that doesnt work maybe you need a new charger. And if that doesnt work you might have to consider suing or complaining to Nintendo.

Sounds like my Wii U gamepad. Holds a charge about 30 min. Finally got my Switch two weeks ago. Hopefully I don't have the same issues! Good luck with it!

called them and thay sed thay where going to overnight a thing so i can send it back . the verry nice lady on the phone was mad thay sent it back with the game card slot broke. hope thay fix it this time

how is your switch you got zelda right? i never had a problem with my wii u gamepad. and if thay don't fix it this time i might get a battery pack for it

Uh hu...I'm haveing the exact same problem with my Switch and I'm waiting for them to send in the box to repair it. I'm hopeing that everything works when it comes back and I won't have any further problems.

So far so good. Have Zelda and MK Deluxe. Sometimes I have issues with syncing the joy-cons, but not a huge issue.
