    You need to first get the fire and ice arrows from the fairy queen via ballad of gales (mother and child isle) Then go to the Forest Haven and travel west. when you reach the island, shoot a fire arrow into the dragon's mouth. Then make it to the hole in the dragon's mouth. Now just make your way to the chest.
