Who would win in a fight?

Scrooge McDuck (Ducktales) or Larfleeze (DC Comics)? i'd say Larfleeze cause he has laser beams of greed, can create minions out of greed, and Scrooge is greedy, and greed is what gives Larfleeze his power.
