    no i did not drop it, nor has it got wet i dont think it has been in extreme hot or cold weather eather most of the time i have had it, ive been on youtube. but i do know that the battery is going bad

    I remember when I got my DS lite. Nintendo sent me a free replacement battery cause the original was flawed. Every once in a while u get a bad one.

    UhYea. I think 3DS has a 1 year warranty. Or call 1-800-255-3700. They have the best customer service over Sony & Microsoft lol.
