Paolo: *narrows his eyes* If I hadn't /worried/ about Taylor, she'd be dead in that booth in the bar with Ana giggling obliviously next to her by now. But I suppose. *passes Taylor's petrified body to Master, where she immediately unpauses*

Paolo: *follows Master into Taylor's room, waving Vlosko in as well* What are you going to do? What happened to her? Why did Ana make Taylor drink the entire glass of rum?

Master: She drank rum?! Ana made her drink rum?! Are you fűçķïñğ kidding me? (lays Taylor on her bed) That stuff could hurt her insides! Taylor: (eyes flutter open, looking at Master) Master: I'll be right back. (goes into the bathroom)

Master: No, I'm get water for her! My gød, boy...(comes out of the bathroom with a glass of water, walks over to Taylor) How are you, sunshine? Taylor: (takes the glass of water) G-good. Master: Alright then. Taylor: (takes a sip of water) Master: (looks at Paolo) I put a pill in that water, it will help Taylor a lot.

Paolo: *visibly relaxes* Alright. *sits down on the edge of Taylor's bed, still watching her* I bet Marc's still driving back with Ana.

Master: Alright, good. Now that they're seperatrd, thet won't do anything stupid. (gently pets Taylor's head) Taylor: (looks at Master, blood still dripping for her mouth) Master: Awwww, poor baby. (wipes the blood from her mouth with his sleeve) There we go.

Paolo: *stands up, looking around the room* I don't think I'll be much use around here any longer. I'll text Marc to tell him everything's okay. I'll be in my room, next door. *starts for the door to the hallway* Conten: *sighs, standing up* I'm better now. My nose is still nerve-dead. But I'm ready to travel again, if you are.

Vlosko grabbed the back of Paolo's shirt with the tip of his scythe. 'Don't you want to stay here with Taylor? You know you do, so stay. I'll stay a bit too, at least until Taylor's name on my list is white again. Then I have an Elemental to bring to the brink of death,' he said telepathically, grinning.

Paolo: *winces* (Of course I want to stay. But I have morals, Trip is incapacitated right now, it's not right. I just can't, Vlosko. Please don't start sounding like Two.) Two: Rude! I agree with Vlosko, however. Stay, keep her company. Paolo: *hesitates, staring at the doorknob*

Vlosko shrugged. 'Do what you want, then.' He created a darkness chair and sat down, summoning his list and putting it to the side, then summoning paperwork and a black and silver fountain pen. He muttered something to himself before starting to fill out the papers.

Two: Come on, Zero! Paolo: *relents* (Alright, alright, I'll stay.) *turns back from the door, sitting back down on Taylor's bed* *pulls out his phone, sending a quick text to Marc before turning his attention back to Taylor* You're okay now?

Taylor: (looks at Paolo, her eyes sparkle in the moonlight) Master: She'll be fine, I'll be back later to check on you. (teleports away)

Vlosko looked up, a stack of paperwork already forming by his side. "Oh, wonderful. You're awake," he said, then looked over at his list. "And almost fully healed, apparently."

Paolo: *starts to complain, but sighs in exasperation* *turns back to Taylor, his eyes softening* That's good. Thanks for letting me know, Vlosko. *shakes his head* You see? My worrying was useful for once. *gives her a small smile* Conten: *pops a piece of jerky into his mouth* Well, before we go, shouldn't we find out something about the paradise thing, so we don't get lost and cornered?

Vlosko stood up, the paperwork and his list disappearing. "Well, now that Taylor's fine, I have some business to attend to." He looked over at Paolo, grinning. "Keep an eye on Aksmis for me, will ya? Seeing his children after almost 180 years probably made him faint. Toodles!" With that, Vlosko disappeared from the Fortress and reappeared balanced on Conten's head. "Hiya! How's your day been?"

Taylor: (rolls her eyes, hides under the sheets, starts taking off her croptop, leggings, and boots) (thinks: Sorry Paolo, but I'm really hot...) (drops the boots, leggings and croptop onto the floor) (uncovers her head, keeping the sheets close to her at all cost)

Paolo: *immediately swings his head downwards to stare intently at the floor, gritting his teeth while his face becomes the color of ketchup* (Before you say /anything/, Two...) *freezes him and all the other numbers, except for Four, in his head* Four: Oh. Thank you. Paolo: (You're usually polite and correct, don't prove me wrong.) Conten: *yelps* What the- Vlosko! *stumbles back*
